Follow me on this incredible journey! I'm so excited to share my IBM Corporate Service Corps (CSC) adventure to Gurugram (formerly Gurgaon) India with you.

WHAT IS IT?

​

IBM donates the time and consulting skills of a team of experienced professionals to work full-time for 30 days in-country with some of the region's top government, business, and civic leaders to address high-priority issues such as education, health, and economic development. My CSC team and I spend three months learning about the community and the problems we’ll address before spending four weeks on the ground working with local organizations to develop recommendations for short- and long-term actions that will benefit the organizations and the communities they support.

 

In exchange, IBM gets employees who are better equipped for the challenges of working and leading in a global organization. And I get the chance of a lifetime to dedicate my time and experience to help others, while going beyond my comfort zone to grow!
